holy Cow,
Every morning is like Christmas. Total loss is 9 lbs from the top of the weight. I don’t know what will happen tomorrow. The diet is easy because you are not hungry. I follow it exactly. today I had a whole grapefruit(because i thought that was correct) and i feel like i cheated. I feel good. I am hesistant and am ready for it to stop because everything else i have tried has been wrong. however, every morning I wake up I will see a loss….because this is the one!
Day one, first injection. Is this another goofy thing that i am trying to do for the golden ticket? Will it hurt? No way. Nothing can hurt more than being embarrassed to walk in front of anyone. Nothing can hurt more that letting my husband down one more time. Nothing can hurt more that not wanting to go anywhere because I don’t have a cute outfit to wear. So I did it. I stuck it in and it did not hurt!
I had a little headache today.. Could it be from this crazy thng calles “Loading” Could it be from the pancakes with syrup for breakfast or the chocolate torte for lunch? NO…..?
I can’t believe that this loading makes you eat and i don’t want to. NOTHING sounds good. EVerything sounds disgusting.. when you can have it!

I can hardly wait to get on with my life. Day 1 I keep thinking that Simeons protocal has been around for 50 years. I can not believe that it works like it says. BUT I DO BELIEVE! I CAN PICTURE IT!!!!! So this must be the one.
